A big business means littleif there's nothing left for your life.

I'm Sebastian. I've been building digital business models for more than 25 years. I want to know how much a business can achieve without taking more of its founder's time every year. I've been testing that in my own business since 2018. Along the way, I had to give up one of my favorite ideas.

The interesting questions come up while you're building.

A few lines of code. And suddenly something was possible.

At nine I started programming. Not because of a career plan. I was fascinated that I could teach a computer something and it would do it for me. Later came online business, marketing, product development and companies of my own.

Since then, I've developed digital products, tested markets, built launches, worked with experts and growing companies, and generated eight-figure project revenue through my own businesses. Earlier offers and methods such as SPARK are no longer the main focus. What still fascinates me: why do people buy one product while another gets no interest after months of work?

Since 2018 I've been running this experiment

I wanted to develop products, win customers and grow. But I didn't want to keep hiring, onboarding and coordinating more people to do it. The radical starting question was: 'One Person, One Billion Business?' What becomes possible when AI goes beyond writing text and handles tasks on its own?

The first years mostly cost time and money. From 2024 the long groundwork began to show results. CoachWunder grew out of it: a platform that turns an entrepreneur's expertise into a personal AI product in a few hours. Growth and customer conversations brought the next question: how do we organize four people and more than 50AI employees without spreading everything across isolated chat windows? That led to ConnectWunder.

I wanted to manage without employees. Today, I see it differently.

AI took work off my hands. But it didn't replace the people who helped me think through a difficult decision, improve an idea or build a customer relationship.

Those were exactly the people I wanted back in the business. They lead their area, make decisions and know when a result is good enough. AI researches, prepares and completes tasks that used to take many more hands.

So I no longer ask how we get down to zero people. I ask how much the right people can achieve with AI. And whether there's enough money and time left for a good life.

The life I'm building this for

When I move somewhere new, my business should keep running.

I travel slowly and move somewhere new with my partner Vivienne every few months. Japan was my first great travel love. Since then, I've collected flight and travel hacks almost as eagerly as new product ideas. There isn't a fixed daily routine. But nature, a yoga mat and a café with really good coffee are usually part of it.

That's how I judge my business too. Can I travel without everyone waiting for my next reply? Can Vivienne spend time with me without me constantly approving something on the side? That's why I build these systems. So this life still works when the business grows.

I enjoy working. I still want to decide for myself when the laptop closes.
01

Big ideas. Room for life.

I don't want a smaller life just because I don't want to manage a bigger team.

02

Being busy isn't success.

A full calendar doesn't prove the important work is getting done.

03

It has to work on Monday.

I'm not interested in what looks impressive in a demo. I'm interested in what works in the business on Monday.

04

Good people need room.

When every hour goes into routine work, there's no time for the idea that moves the business forward.

05

That goes for my team too.

If I'm free because everyone else is working flat out for me, I've only passed the problem on.

06

Understand first. Then automate.

If nobody understands how work moves through the business anymore, the next tool won't help either.
