A real business experiment since 2018

I wanted to build a business without employees.I built something better.

Today, four people and more than 50 AI employees work in my business. AI handles tasks on its own. People lead, make decisions and build new things.

The wrong question about AI

Most people are rebuilding the business they already have.Just faster.

A person writes an email. AI writes it faster. A person sorts data. AI sorts it faster. That saves time. But it doesn't change the business yet.

That's why my first question isn't which tool is best right now. I want to know which work should never land on a person's desk again.

Then comes the more exciting question: what product and what business can we build when we're no longer bound by the old rules?

What I got wrong

The more work AI takes on,the more the right people matter.

Getting more done is not the same as making a bigger difference. To me, AI becomes a superpower when it helps people do something that used to be out of reach. Develop their own product. Solve a problem they never felt able to tackle.

Here is how I divide the work: people are responsible for impact. AI takes on the outcome. It does the work and delivers results. People decide what those results should change.

01

People decide what we want to change.

Which problem is worth solving? Which idea deserves our time? People set the direction, build relationships and take responsibility for the difference we make.

02

AI does the work and delivers results.

It researches, develops solutions and carries out tasks. That gives people more ways to turn their ideas into reality.

03

Shared knowledge makes collaboration possible.

AI needs more than an assignment. It needs to understand who it works for, what we want to achieve and which decisions have already been made.

What would you build with AI that you once thought was impossible?

More possibilities. More impact.

The two paths for your business

What becomes possible for you now?

A new offer for your customers. An AI team for your business. Where do you want to start?

Path 01

For your customers

Offer your customers something you couldn’t offer before.

Turn your experience into your own AI product that you can sell. Your customers use your method to make decisions, develop their own ideas or solve a problem. Expand your existing business. Or turn an idea into an entirely new offer.

Path 02

For you and your team

You have more in mind than you can do alone.

Build an AI team that knows your business and takes on work. It researches, prepares decisions and carries out tasks. You and your people can focus on customers and pursue ideas you never had the team for. Still working alone? AI can become your first team.

Built. Sold. In use.

An idea only counts when real customers use it.

I don't just share what might work in theory. These products have been built, sold and used by real people.

“I see a lot of AI ideas. What's different about Sebastian is that he thinks them through all the way to the product, the customer result and the business model.”

“That's rare. And it's becoming more valuable all the time.”

Why I talk about this

I’m interested in what we would never have started without AI.

That is why I try new technologies and business systems in my own company. I want to find out what we can actually build with them.

For more than 25 years, I've been building digital businesses and systems. Since 2018 I've been testing in my own business how AI fundamentally changes products, work and companies.

I share what comes out of that work: products customers use, decisions that change our company and experience you can apply to your own business.
